All of these posts having athletes running all out sprints , attempting excessively high jumps onto boxes or over objects as well as exotic ladder and agility drills look great on Social.media but done without a plan or in a prescriptive and productive manner are just circus tricks or showcasing athletes ability rather than making them a better athlete.Find weakness train to eliminate weakness and continue to develop strengths and the athkete will become a better athlete

3 weeks at a level getting all reps move to next weight group 2x max then go to next matrix 5 reps
