Had a fun morning with this Father/Son duo!!! Stayed out of the wind for the most part and caught several fish. Gonna be hiding in the bay the next several days 🤨🤨🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ but when this weather system blows thru, we gonna be back out in open water chasin those speckledy fishes!!!

Sometimes i just love my job!! This couple came with me to celebrate their 37th anniversary!!! They had fun AND caught some fish... our secret oyster bar didnt hold fish this morning so we came back inshore to the murky water and caught 10 good trout and 1 big red that went for the halfshell!! All were on live croakers as NODOBY on the west side had live shrimp.. i think if we had that we could have really whacked and stacked!!

UPDATE: gonna be inshore Sunday. Wind picked up and couldnt get to the trout spot, so switched gears and went after redfish... had a fun short time until the rain spooked us off the water. Only kept 2 for the grill... We have Sunday open!! Weather "SUPPOSED" to be calm enough to get out front a ways, and if so the big trout are there!!! WWW.LazeeDazecharters.com

Last-minute notice. Free trip, guys backed out on me this afternoon about to hit the water if anybody wants to meet me in Bay St. Louis in an hour.

These guys put on an absolute fish catching event this evening!!! Taylors reef was too muddy, so i went to my little hid...

These guys put on an absolute fish catching event this evening!!! Taylors reef was too muddy, so i went to my little hidden oyster reef and the catching was on IMMEDIATELY!! They ran through 6 dozen shrimp before i turned around good.. then they started throwing Down South and Marker 54 plastics and catching some beast trout that were choking the baits!! We even caught 3 spadefish... the final total i 2.5 hrs was 40 trout, 1 sheepshead and 1 Spanish Mackerel. Probably could have caught half a dozen more but the school moved on us and the waves were picking up from a storm that went between us and Cat Island... a really awesome afternoon.!!!

That Harvey Tackle cork doin the deed again!!! The more i use them the better i like them. They "clack" real sweet even with just a slight pop from inexperienced people on the rod...
