🏀 BBA is looking for coaches and skill development helpers!

The Brainerd Basketball Association is looking for energetic, positive people who are excited about teaching the game of basketball to kids in grades K–8.

We are looking for:
🏀 Non-Parent Travel Coaches for grades 3–8
🏀 People interested in helping teach skills and fundamentals through our various programs

These are paid positions!

Whether you have coaching experience or just love the game and enjoy working with kids, we would love to hear from you. BBA continues to grow, and we want great people to help our players build confidence, learn the game, and have a positive basketball experience.

Warrior Shot Club Update!

We're just over a month into the 2026 Warrior Shot Club, and it's been great to see so many players putting in the work this offseason.

Congratulations to our current leaderboard leaders and everyone who has been consistently getting shots up. The dedication you're showing now will pay off when the season begins.

If you haven't signed up yet, it's not too late! There's still plenty of time to reach your goal of 5,000 made shots (Grades 3–6) or 10,000 made shots (Grades 7–12) before the challenge ends on September 30.

Keep tracking your made baskets, climb the leaderboard, and challenge your friends and teammates throughout the summer.

We're putting the finishing touches on the 7th Annual Brainerd Basketball Association Golf Tournament, and we're still looking for a few more golf teams and a handful of Tee Box Sponsors.

If you've been thinking about playing or supporting Brainerd Basketball, now is the perfect time to get involved.

Team Entry: $750 (5 players)
Tee Box Sponsor: $350

Every dollar raised helps provide opportunities for Brainerd Basketball athletes, and 100% of the proceeds benefit our players.

Thank you to all of our coaches, parents, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year’s Paul Bunyan Basketball Tournament a success, as well as to our Tournament Sponsor, Cragun’s Resort.

This tournament plays an important role in supporting many of the expenses for our players each year, and we truly appreciate the continued support from our community.

Attached are photos from the Paul Bunyan Tournament, along with pictures from other tournaments over the past few weeks. While the season has wrapped up for some of our teams, others still have a few weeks remaining.

As we head into the final tournaments of the season, both our boys and girls teams continue to bring incredible effort, energy, and Warrior pride to every game—win or lose! The hard work they’ve put in all season has made for an exciting year on the court, and we love celebrating their journey.
