REMINDER…this FRIDAY we will not be having training due to traveling to Kzoo for sparring. Regular schedule for rest of the week plus we will be there weds for open gym as well. 🥊💪

Team, we will be having open gym as normal this Friday. However, NEXT Fri we will not be here due to traveling for sparring 🙂 🥊🥊🥊

Team, even tho I am out of town visiting family, the other coaches are gonna open the gym for “open gym” still so there’s no excuse to get that work in! The gym will be opened Thurs and Fri from 6pm-7:30pm. 🥊🥊 LETS GOOOOOO!!!!💪

Unfortunately, we came up short by points today but was definitely a good fight and proud of Oscar for not backing down at all during all three rounds!🥊👊
We back at it Monday and training for the next one!!🥊🥊
