The Armory is hiring coaches.
We're adding to our staff at both locations — Armory West in Batavia and Armory East in Rochester.
Open roles:

• Hitting / Infield & Outfield Coach
• Strength & Conditioning Coach

We're looking for former college or professional players who want to actually develop athletes. Our coaches write individual development plans, track measurables, and issue written progress reports, because we tell families we can show improvement in black and white, and we mean it. If being measured on whether your athletes get better sounds like clarity rather than pressure, you'll fit here.

Summer camps have been a huge success so far! ⚾️

We’ve had some great groups of young ballplayers come through The Armory this summer, and the energy and effort from these kids has been awesome to see.

A lot of reps, a lot of learning, and a lot of hard work — all while keeping the game fun. We love getting the opportunity to work with the next generation of players and help them continue to develop their game.

⚾️ The Armory Summer Camp Tour is here! ⚾️
We're bringing high-energy baseball instruction to communities across Western New York this summer.
Players ages 7-12 can expect:
✅ Hitting, fielding, and throwing instruction
✅ Speed, agility, and baseball IQ development
✅ Games and competitions
✅ A fun, energetic environment led by experienced coaches

📍 Batavia Little League — August 3-5
📍 Attica Youth Baseball Fields — August 10-12
📍 RHAA (West Henrietta) — August 17-19
📍 Le Roy Little League (Jell-O Park) — July 27-29
⏰ All camps run from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Spots are limited at every location and several camps are expected to fill quickly.
