These things listed above were embodied on Saturday August 29th in the early hours that began at 05:30 for the JeffCo F3 The ANVIL.

Leaders of the regions came together to guide the men through 4 different beatdowns to work together and grow as leaders over the course of 5 hours.

These men are leading by example and forging ahead to show what JeffCo F3 is all about.

During each of the 4 beat downs JeffCo F3 community Leaders spoke about important topics.

#2 Shared Leadership
#3 Communication Under Pressure
#4 Failure

This truly impactful morning spans over 5 hours of pushing themselves and growing stronger with their brothers as they work alongside one another and encouraging one another.

A total of 6 regions responded to make this event successful and truly an amazing experience.

Nothing feels/felt like just a workout... the themes that were reinforced, the true shared leadership and apprenticeship, and the sharpening are at the forefront and make for a truly impactful morning. Well done, men!

We Leave No Man Behind.

The Audio You Hear In This Video Was From A GTE Event Where Over 100 Men Chose Shared Suffering And Many Challenges Over The Course Of A Close To 24 Hour Period.

The Audio You Hear Was These Men Singing “The Star-Spangled Banner” Together In A Cold Dark Cave With Water Surrounding Them.

The Images Are Moments Over The Years As They’ve Poured There Passions For Growing Other Men And The Culture Of F3 To JeffCo.

At The JeffCo F3 AO, The Roundtable, Cart Narc spoke about the importance and responsibilities of freedom as we celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary.

Cart Narc mentioned a wise man once say, when talking about F3 beatdowns, "You are freed to lead but you are not free to do whatever you want"
This quote also translates to our daily lives. Today we celebrate our 250 years of freedom but freedom does not mean you are free to do whatever you want.

You’re free to have a couple drinks or choose a sober life but that also allows you the freedom to be an alcoholic.
Freedom of free speech can lead to freedom to lie and deceive.
Freedom to get married and raise a
family, or the freedom to sleep around
and abandon your children.
Freedom to work hard, save money,
invest grow wealth or the freedom to go
into crippling debt.
Freedom to eat healthy and nutritious
food or the freedom to eat your weight in
sugar every year and live with chronic disease.

Most of us set a goal at the beginning of the year. Now that we are half way through the year, have you hit your goal? Are you on pace to still hit your goals? Are you using your freedoms to hit your goals or hold you back?

Something to think about as we go into the last half of the year.

This morning at 0530 the JeffCo F3 AO, The Deathstar Turned Over A New Site Q For A New Era.

Swiper talked about his time running the site and how fulfilling it was and his brothers in the gloom believing in him.

This morning’s Beatdown was led by Swiper & Dory led us on a series of exercises like goblet squats, r***e carries, hill sprints and a run.
Then we gathered to watch as Swiper handed off the site flag to Dory and gave his speech.

Swiper reminded us that like anything difficult at first it feels intimidating and more responsibility than it’s worth. But in time you realize to make it your own and begin to enjoy the dynamics as our goal is make ourselves and the man in front of us better along the way.

Please join us as we welcome Dory into his new role as he leads us into the next 43 feet.

At 0500 & 0530 JeffCo F3 showed up with over 60 men who met in the gloom to gather together for a Memorial Day Murph Challenge to honor the amazing men and women that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
🇺🇸
These men were shoulder to shoulder encouraging each other as we remember the true meaning of Memorial Day.
🇺🇸
After the workout each man had a card of a fallen soldier that they each read out loud to honor their sacrifice and giving them respect with our gratitude that we get to workout in their honor.

This morning was truly special and amazing to see everyone show up to this event.
We then closed out with fellowship and Biscuits & Gravy, Coffee too.

God Bless the men and women that served this country and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
May God also continue to bless this community as we strive to help men combat "the sad clown syndrome ".
