Because there’s a version of you that’s been waiting to be unleashed.

For 8 weeks, we’ll move, dance, sweat, laugh, build confidence, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve been told to hide.

This cohort is for the woman who wants to:
♡ Feel more confident in her body
♡ Build strength and flexibility
♡ Explore her feminine energy
♡ Learn pole in a supportive environment
♡ Meet like-minded women
♡ Step outside of her comfort zone

What’s included:
✨ 2 private small group classes per week plus a sacred summer membership to attend our other weekly classes.
✨ 1 private session with Dominique or Shonni
✨ Practice & accountability
✨ Sisterhood & support
✨ A final showcase performance for friends & family
