2nd place at the Beets End of May Tournament!! šŸ„Ž

Proud of these girls for battling all weekend and taking runner-up after a hard fought championship game against the Tri Valley Twisters. We saw great progress, solid defense, big hits, and some fantastic plays. Most importantly, these girls continue to grow and improve every time they take the field. Great job, team!!

Today didnā€™t end with the hardware we were hoping for, but this 13U Pride team showed heart, hustle, and grit all day long. We came up a little short on the field, but thereā€™s so much more to this game than wins and losses.

To all the moms, thank you for the early mornings, the packed bags, the endless support, and for being these girlsā€™ biggest fans.

Our Summer Softball girls were given a huge surprise yesterday at their opening day. Each of them was awarded with a brand new summer softball hoodie. Rod and Noreen Tietz continue to collect cans in the community and give the funds to our USA Little League and our USA Pride program. They never give us expectations for how to use the money or ask for recognition. They are just kind, generous people that like to see our local program soar. This year alone, they have donated over $6,100 to our softball program. The Pride board decided instead of giving that money back to the program, we wanted to give it back to the players that make our program run. The girls that come out year after year, and spend their first days of summer vacation on the ball field. We appreciate you girls, and we appreciate the Tietz family! Enjoy your new sweatshirts girls, especially on those cold nights on the softball field! Thank you Rod & Noreen! ā¤ļø

Opening Day 2026 is in the books! The weather was cold, but that didnā€™t stop our softball players from taking the field, or their fans from filling the stands. Overall it was a great day, and these girls are going to have such a fun season!

Thank you so much to everyone that helped make our day a success. Our field crew, our concession workers, our master grillers, Kaitlinā€™s Klicks, the Village of Sebewaing, our umpires, Steve Gruehn for announcing, Sarah Mowry for our playersā€™ shirts, and most importantly our PLAYERS and COACHES!

I would like to give a special recognition to our coaches. These are volunteer positions that take time away from their families, and require long hours outside of their regularly scheduled work day. Thank you for your guidance, your patience, and your commitment to the girls and our program. We couldnā€™t run this league without you!
