A little love for the wonderful Iva Drtina-Hall ☀️

From studying health and physiology in Montreal to years spent living and teaching yoga in Japan (where she also ran a café with her husband!), Iva’s journey has taken her all over the world. Through her travels, studies in Ayurveda, meditation, and holistic healing, she’s cultivated a beautiful approach to yoga that goes far beyond the physical practice.

We’re so grateful for the wisdom, warmth, and worldly perspective she brings to our little corner of Austin. 🫶

Experience a little of Iva’s magic on Friday, Nov. 13, as she joins Yoga Sam for Expanded State: Yin Yoga & Breathwork. An evening of slowing down, turning inward, and exploring the power of stillness and breath.
