Vino Vinyasa Yoga The original yoga & wine experience. Private events in Austin, Nashville, Chicago, LA & Houston. We're all about balance! Now on Zoom too!

We believe that yoga should be fun, and we celebrate yogis who like to unwind with a glass of wine. Vino Vinyasa classes are an educational, vinyasa-based practice where students learn fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. The classes end with a meditative wine tasting, inviting students to mindfully taste what's in their glass while applying what they learned through the poses.

Vino Vinyasa was founded by Certified Yoga Teacher Morgan Perry, who worked in wine marketing for over a decade and has studied wine through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, where she holds her Advanced Certificate in Wines. Morgan loves that she has found a way to merge her passion for yoga and wine.

Private classes are available and are great for team-building in the office, birthdays, bachelorette parties or other occasions.

Check your email for $25 off through 10/21. Will we see y’all at Fredericksburg Food & W**e Festival this weekend!?

Think Texas w**es, incredible local food, and a few beautiful days in the Hill Country with people who love a good pour as much as we do. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to get out to Fredericksburg this fall, consider this your sign. Plus the weather looks perfect!

Happy first day of fall, y’all. The calendar says pumpkin spice, but the thermometer says rosé. We’ll revisit in November. 🥂☀️

Costco w**e picks under $20 for the end of summer 😎🍷

I always thought Costco w**e was bad until I became a member & started spotting producers I knew, good deals & trying new w**es (why not at these prices!?).

Here are four w**es under $20 we’ve tried & approved:

rosé: pool pounder, but make it organic
Pinot Grigio: trust me, so concentrated & delicious (plus I have visited this w**ery in **es!)
**e Beaujolais Villages: serve chilled with anything from the grill
Burgundy: serve slightly chilled with your summer suppers

Nashville, you were a good time 🥂

This crew brought serious tree pose energy (and even better balance after a glass of Riesling) to celebrate the bride-to-be. W**e + yoga is exactly what a bachelorette weekend should feel like: a little sweat, a lot of laughs, and a toast at the end.

Vino Vinyasa is available in Nashville, Austin, Houston, Chicago, and LA. Book your own bach, birthday, or girls’ weekend at the link in bio.
