I’m a recovering self-doubter. I grew up believing that what I want didn’t matter. And, when you believe that, you're an easy target to be taken advantage of, and to fall into things (work, relationships, etc…) you don’t really like, and that aren’t good for you. Currently, I’m a film-maker, writer, R+F skincare consultant, personal trainer, and happily married. Prior to that, I was in Semiconduct

ors, Domain Names, Marketing Communications, and abusive relationships. That life was slowly killing my soul. And, quite nearly me. Once I finally escaped my predisposition for terrible relationships, and my high-tech career, I became a personal trainer. Soon after that I discovered Rodan + Fields (though it would still be a few years before that journey truly started). Now, my focus is on all the things that keep me mentally healthy. I'm so glad you asked. Because, having struggled with anxiety and depression most of my life. And now, being a recovering self-doubter… I’ve made it my mission to let everyone I come in contact with know that, what they want matters! You want healthier looking skin? That matters. You want more confidence? You want to have your own business? That matters
Whatever YOU want. IT MATTERS!!! Because when we believe that, we can fully exist. And when we fill ourselves up with what we want, we are better able to show up with kindness, and compassion, and patience, and LOVE for all the others in our lives. ♥️

Question: What should I focus on today?

Together, these cards reminded me:
✨ Tension isn’t always bad—it’s often the heat where transformation happens.
✨ When I resist the discomfort or try to “fix” it too quickly, I lose the opportunity to grow through it.

Instead of forcing resolution, I’m letting things breathe.

🧘‍♀️ My intention today: Stay curious inside the chaos. Pause. Observe.
The clarity comes in the pause—not after I push through it.

He may lift more than me now…
but I’m still the one who taught him how to show up, fight hard, and flex with love. 💪

And yeah, he’s stronger.
But I’m still his mom.
So technically, I win. 😏
