32" wheel gravel frame in titanium with carbon Enve fork ready for some paint! Clearance for 2.4" tires and up to a 42t chainring. UDH right side dropout and flatmount left side. The Enve fork is post mount but will be using the clean designed WolfTooth post to flatmount adapter.

Welding up this 32" wheel titanium gravel frame. A nice advantage with these large frames is that there is plenty of room to get in close when joining these tubes together! Yes i double pass weld my frames. Fusion pass and then a filler pass for strength. Some of the tighter areas may even get an additional filler pass for more strength and a nice arc to the welds beads. All of the super high stress areas are never single pass in titanium. I'm not a high volume, get them out the door as quickly as possible frame builder. Take your time, get the fit ups tight, tubes clean as possible, welding sequences dialed and everything properly shielded inside and out with argon. If you don't things can go sideways real quick with titanium!

32 inch wheel gravel frame in titanium taking shape! Lots of bends and clearances made to accommodate up to a 2.4" tire and a 40t chainring. Designed for sram AXS, full internal brake hose routing and geometry using the Enve MTB fork. Internal guides pre welded including the UDH zero degree correction ring for these PMW dropouts. Typically the ring is welded in after with choices of different degrees of corrections for frame mis alignments during the distortion from welding. But taking your time, tight fit up/miters and welding sequences that account for distortion with titanium when fused and additional filler is added to keep the structure straight with no correction needed.

Titanium DoAll/light touring! Clearances for up to 50mm measured tires, or 45mm tires with fenders. Super clean with the Enve In-route system and Sram AXS wireless shifting, this is probably the cleanest semi touring bike I've ever built! Pretty much can be ridden anywhere, dirt roads, light trails, pavement all while toting a track with a bag and full fenders! Titanium lightness and ride feel but without the worries of traditional steel corrosion.

56cmish frameset with lavender and orange logos ready for delivery! These are stock geometry frame sets that I offer in 52, 54, 56 and 58 cm sizes. They clear 50mm measured tires with geometry designed for gravel and road riding. 1X gearing for either mechanical or AXS rear shifting systems. Flat mount brake calipers front and rear. Columbus steel tubing, USA made UDH dropouts, threaded T47 BB shell. The Enve G series carbon fork is included! These sell for $2495 and a single color paint job is included.
