Project Spotlight: ClimbZone Philadelphia 🧗‍♂️

We recently completed a custom carpet bonded foam installation for ClimbZone Philadelphia, an indoor kids climbing and family entertainment center filled with creative themed climbing attractions.

ClimbZone needed carpet bonded foam installed around the base of their climbing walls, along with beveled edges to create smoother, safer transitions throughout the facility.

Beveling long 42’ runs of carpet bonded foam is a slow, technical process that requires patience, accuracy, and experience. Our Installation Manager, Jason Heartsfield, led the project and delivered clean, consistent results using a Demand Groove Jet tool to help create precise cuts over long stretches of foam.

The finished result created a safer, cleaner, and more professional surface around ClimbZone’s unique climbing attractions — and the client was very happy with the outcome.

We’re excited to share a recent project with the Park District of Highland Park.
American Gymnast worked with their team from the early planning stages through final installation to help design a brand-new gymnastics facility that supports preschool, recreational, and competitive girls gymnastics.
The facility includes AAI competitive equipment, an in-ground trampoline, tumbling strip, rod floor, vault and single bar trainer into a loose foam pit, a dedicated preschool area, and a rock climbing wall.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful facility planning can help a gymnastics program grow, serve more athletes, and create a better training environment for coaches and students.
