CONGRATULATIONS to Yellowhammer Baseball alum Urijah Berklite on an incredible performance on the mound at the Little League World Series!

Urijah pitched all four innings for Phenix City, helping lead his team to the win and advance another day in Williamsport.

Yellowhammer Baseball alum Urijah Berklite is making his name known on one of the biggest stages in youth baseball, and tomorrow, he and his team are now one win away from punching his ticket to WILLIAMSPORT.

From the Yellowhammer lineup card to Warner Robins, Urijah has continued to show up, compete, and make his name known.

Urijah has shined this tournament, offensively and defensively. We love hearing the announcers talk about how dangerous he is all over the diamond, because WE’VE KNOWN IT!

Tune in tomorrow at 3 PM as Phenix City takes on Nolensville, Tennessee for the Southeast Regional Championship LIVE on ESPN.

WELCOME TO THE YELLOWHAMMER FAMILY, PARKER SCHAFFNER!

We’re excited to welcome Parker Schaffner to the 13U Yellowhammer family!

Parker loves the Lord and proudly represents his school on both the football and baseball teams. He’s exceptional at math, a big-time deer hunter, and loves spending time with his friends and family.

At home, Parker is a proud big brother to Trace and Annie Jane, with parents Megan and Aaron cheering him on every step of the way.

Fun fact: Parker is a New Year’s Day baby!

Now he gets to add a new baseball family to the list.

Cooperstown… that’s a wrap.

What a week. Unpredictable rain, sunshine, laughs, battles, big moments, big wins, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Twelve small-town boys from Alabama came to the home of baseball and left with stories they’ll be telling for years. They competed with heart, represented our community with pride, and embraced every pitch, every inning, and every challenge that came their way.

To our coaches, Jerry and Nick—thank you for believing in these boys, pushing them to be their best, and leading them every step of the way.

And to every parent, grandparent, family member, and supporter who sacrificed time and countless hours to make this dream possible—this week belonged to you, too. Your love and commitment made every memory worthwhile.

Cooperstown gave us more than baseball. It gave us a lifetime of memories, lifelong friendships, and a reminder that dreams really do come true.

We are having way too much fun….

The Yellowhammers have been HAMMERING the baseball in Cooperstown!

Pool play is in the books, and we’re heading into bracket play with a 3-2 record. These boys have embraced every opportunity—moving all around the diamond, taking the mound at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and simply playing the game the way it’s meant to be played.

Through five games they’ve racked up:
• 70 Hits
• 59 RBIs
• 23 HOME RUNS

But this week has been about so much more than the numbers.

We’ve walked through the MLB Hall of Fame, traded pins with teams from across the country, made lifelong memories, celebrated every at-bat, every pitch, every win, every lesson, and even every weather change. This experience is one these boys will never forget.

After earning the 47th seed, the Yellowhammers also earned TWO first-round byes, giving them a 2:00 PM start today. The boys earned the chance to sleep in!

Now it’s time to lock in, tighten up, and HAMMER all day long.
