Blood sugar and hormones are not separate conversations. They are the same one.

If you are experiencing energy crashes every two to three hours, waking between 2-4AM, intense sugar cravings around your period, PMS that feels completely out of proportion, or stubborn weight that will not budge despite doing everything right, your blood sugar may be the missing piece.
