Cramer holds a degree in elementary education, was a Hope College All-American and played four seasons professionally in Europe. He teaches students how to utilize their abilities against more athletic players, with a focus on shooting, ball handling, footwork and athletic development. Love this 1 v 1 contested finishing drill. We want to finish strong and fast. Often we think of finishing strong as slow. Not the case, we want both in this series before the defense can react.
