Cramer holds a degree in elementary education, was a Hope College All-American and played four seasons professionally in Europe. He teaches students how to utilize their abilities against more athletic players, with a focus on shooting, ball handling, footwork and athletic development. Contested Shooting:
Sometimes using a basketball defensively can be a simple tool to add pressure on the shot, while still providing the offensive player the ability to shoot.
