Capoeira Mutamba DMV We practice an Afro-Brazilian sport called Capoeira. Classes are held three times a week in Old Town Welcome to our page! All are welcome to join us!

Under the guidance of Profesor Canchan and Contra- Mestre Javali, we practice an Afro-Brazilian martial art called Capoeira in the DC metro area. Capoeira is an energetic, upbeat physical activity that is great for the body and mind. Capoeira is a unique martial art that focuses on flowing movements, kicks, dodges, rhythm and music. In addition to building strength and flexibility, you will learn

about Brazilian culture, history, and language! Classes are held weekly at Sculp'd (1103 Queen Street, Alexandria, VA 22314). Please contact us before coming to class for more details on class location and for monthly and drop-in rates. We are also available for events. Contact us for more information!
