As we flip the calendar to September tomorrow it was important for us to once again recognize all the businesses, individuals and organizations that made it possible for the Archbold Pool to be free to all this summer. What a tremendous summer we had with almost 10,000 swimmers during public swim!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! We are so grateful for the support our community constantly gives to the Parks & Recreation Department! See you at the pool in 2027!

Carp Fest Battle of the Paddles! This is a doubles tournament, first come, first serve registration - MUST BE PAID TO BE SCHEDULED FOR TOURNAMENT. This tournament will take place in Ruihley Park during Carp Fest!

Each player must bring their own equipment/balls. Each player must be at least 16 years of age by the day of the tournament.

Entry: $40 per team
Location: Ruihley Park Pickleball Courts
Format: Double Elimination Bracket, Best 2 of 3 games in bracket play, one game (first to 15) in consolation bracket

Divisions:
Men's Doubles Division (Adult) - Saturday
-Novice, Advanced, Senior (60+)
Women's Doubles Division (Adult) - Saturday
-Novice, Advanced, Senior (60+)
Mixed Doubles Division (Adult) - Sunday
-Novice, Advanced, Senior (60+)
(Will only field skill categories if registrations allow)

Tournament Format: USA Pickleball Association Official Tournament Rules Apply. (Even though this is not a sanctioned event)
-Each match is best of 3 games in winners bracket, games to 11 (win by 2)
-Consolation bracket: 1 game to 15, first to 15

All practices / games will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at Woodland Park, at the 7v7 fields on the West side of the park!

4pm-5pm: K-1st
5pm-6pm: 2nd-4th

Practices and matches, starting August 12 until October 8! Practices will happen at Napoleon Municipal Golf Course and the Golf Shop in Napoleon! Typically, two practices per week, and 3-5 matches throughout the season.
