Lake Yahou is my favorite race that I put on. It's got an old school trail race feel. Not a lot of people. Personal feel. It's like family. Cooler weather. Short to long distances offered. One of the (if not the cheapest) Cheapest 50k on Ultrasignup.

The trail builders decided to use pink ribbon for the new trails at Lake Yahou so I have to change the color of our course markings. I’ll be busy today.

We also used 22 arrow signs last year and this year we need 30 because of the new trails going in.

Lake Yahou is 6 weeks away!!

I love that we have runners signed who believe in themselves and I believe in you too!

There are 4 50k, 5 10 mile and 5 5.5 mile runners signed up with no Ultrasignup history. October 10th they will make their debut. I’m so excited.

Go sign up. Do something scary. Do something fun. Do something for yourself!

Lake Yahou shirts through the years.

Long Sleeve shirts are given out each year and the deadline is Sept. 9th. Make sure you get registered before then if you want a shirt.

Volunteers needed for Lake Yahou!
