ITHOTN free preview run is next month. What you need to know:

-Saturday, July 18 @ 6:00pm (CST)
-It's FREE for everyone (whether you sign up for the race or not, everyone is welcome)
-Water will be provided on course where the AS's will be on race day
-This is a rain or shine event. It will only be cancelled if it's severe lightning and even then we might still run. We did it one year and it was the BEST preview run ever.
-Most will hang out after
-You can do the full 25k or you can do an out and back. If you bring someone that isn't running, they can also pick you up on course if you don't want to do the 25k or an OAB.

And if you don't want to do the preview run and just sign up before it sells out, then you can do that too.

Started as a block of clay, molded into plates, dried, fired, glazed and fired again. All by yours truly. I put my heart into these races.

We finished making the 50k and 100k overall awards for ITHOTN. Once they dry, they will go into the kiln and we’ll have to glaze them in a week or so. The 10k and 25k are completely finished. I picked them up today. I’ll share them tomorrow.

Each year we have brand new ultra runners sign up for ITHOTN 100k with no previous Ultrasignup history. Some have never ran over 13 miles. I'm always in awe of their grit.

Here are the newbies who have finished the 100k:

ITHOTN only has 93 spots left. We've got more 100k runners than 50k runners signed up. 💪🔥

100k, 50k, 25k, 10k....there is a distance for everyone.

Worried about cutoffs? The 10k, 25k and 50k are very very VERY loose cutoffs. Why? because I'll be out there until noon the next day. (hint hint...you have 18 hours).

The 100k does have some strict cutoffs. The first cutoff is that you have to start your last loop by 8am on Sunday. If you are not out on the fourth loop by 8am, you will not be able to start the that loop. The last cutoff is that you must be finished by 18 hours. Do you have it in you?
