It was a shady but warm Traditional Thursday Woodstock Practice yesterday. Shout out to Brantley Wood, who had a PR on the Publix Woodstock 5K course yesterday. In the 2025 race, he ran a 22:10. He shattered that yesterday with a 20:49. We can’t wait to see what he runs on August 1st! You could score yourself a PR too.
