ILLINOIS GATORADE PLAYER OF THE YEAR!! Incredible doesn’t begin to describe this accolade. Many of you have no idea the work she’s put in, the choices she’s made for HER goals, and just pure desire to achieve them.
She studies herself, she studies other pitchers, she holds her pitches to a standard, she sees where the pitch is going before it’s thrown, she spends her energy on her and not on others, the list goes on and on.

I can’t coach desire. I can’t coach you into someone else. You’re either focused on YOUR goals and YOU getting better or your giving your energy away focusing on what others are doing.

Caidence, I’m so proud of who you are as a competitor, mentor, coach, and person. Congratulations!!
