Fitness Forum has been part of the Anna, Illinois community for over 30 years.

We are an old-school, welcoming fitness center where people of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable coming in, working hard, and feeling supported along the way.

What makes this gym special isn’t just the equipment—it’s the people.

Hi everyone,
I’m writing to share a quick update with our gym family. Many of you know my mom—she’s part of our daily morning routine, whether she's cleaning, doing laundry, or looking after her cat, Stormi.
Sadly, she had a bad fall this past Thursday. She is currently at St. Francis Hospital in Cape. She’s tough, but she’s dealing with a broken shoulder, ribs, and knee, along with stitches from hitting her head.
She will be moving to a rehab facility early next week, and we are working on getting her into the one at Anna. I am at the hospital with her now, but I wanted to let everyone know why she won't be at the gym for a while.
I’ll post updates on her progress once she gets settled into rehab. Thanks for your patience and support during this time.
