The Hill Course and the Creek Course at Moose Run make up the world's northernmost 36-hole golf course. The Hill Course is aptly named because of the gently rolling hills that make up the front nine while the Creek Course is so named because of Ship Creek that meanders through and alongside some of the holes. Being tucked in at the base of the Chugach Mountains, both courses have some of the most

beautiful views of this mountain range. A game of golf at either of these courses is often like a trip to a wildlife sanctuary. Golfers may see both brown and black bear, fox, wolf, lynx, bald eagle and, of course, moose. Photo opportunities abound and many golfers are seen with their cameras ready. While Moose Run Golf Course is a military course it is open to the civilian community and the many tourists that come here each year. Moose Run Golf Course offers a practice facility including: driving range, two chipping ranges, two practice putting greens and a practice bunker.

Moose Run Golf Course located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in the Anchorage metropolitan area, is a 36 hole military golf facility open to the public.

Hill Open 15 May!!

Tee Times
0800 - 1900 (8am to 7pm)

Driving range will be open. No other practice facilities will be open for play (practice greens or chipping areas).

We will have approximately 4 temp greens and tee boxes with greens reduced by 30%. Carts will be available for rent.

Currently on-line booking is still down; we expect to have remedied soon. Please phone the Pro-Shop at 907-384-4653 to book a tee time.

Grizzly Grill will be open with a limited menu.

We so appreciate your patience during this early season, and we look forward to seeing you all around Moose Run this year!
