Shameless little business plug because apparently people can’t hire me if I don’t tell them I have openings.

So… hi. I have openings.

If you’ve been thinking:

“I really need to start working out again.”

“What used to work for me isn’t working anymore.”

“I just need someone to tell me what the hell to do.”

That last one is basically my specialty.

I offer in-person personal training AND online coaching with realistic workouts, nutrition help, accountability, and adjustments when life goes sideways (that's my favorite *eyeroll*).

If you’ve been lurking and thinking about reaching out, just message me already. We’ll chat and see if we’re a good fit.

There. I marketed myself today. Carry on. 😂
Now help a girl out and share this post 🥰

Whoever took the American flag from my flower pot by the front door, please return it. That’s not very patriotic of you.

12:45 am: HEA did some digging and fixed the problem. The gym is now back in business.

10:50pm: HEA is at the gym.

8:45pm: HEA has been notified and will be eventually respond to check their line into the building.

The gym is currently experiencing a power failure to half of the building. Access to the building is temporarily disabled until that is resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience.
