Sporting OC for extraordinary reasons which pertain between Pla Soccer and the City of Anaheim- Municipal Government, our friendly game, and all of the schedule has been called off.

Sporting OC we will be playing a friendly game on Sunday, September 6th th, 2026 against BRASIL at 9:30 a.m. in BETSY ROSS PARK (triangular spot near SANTA ANA & MANCHESTER) please be there at 9:00 a.m., Parking is limited). We will need EVERYONE to be ready for this game.
For this Sunday we will NEED:
*** EXACT REFEREE MONEY.
•Referee fee is EXACTLY $10 per player for each game.
• We require full compromise and commitment from everyone, whoever joins please do it for more than two games. We really need to make something out of this season. Having a large roster and only have at most 16 people show up for the meaningful games is not condoned. Those who can’t make at least half of the games, please let me know.
WE WILL ALL NEED:
• POSITIVE ATTITUDE (MOST IMPORTANT ONE OF THEM ALL). We're not professional gentlemen. There is no need to be degrading our teammates when things aren't clicking.
• Let's be competitive all the way to the end.
• We need EVERYONE who is COMMITTED to be there ON TIME for proper warm-ups, set up the nets and have proper planning.
• UNEXCUSED absences will no longer be tolerated.
• PLEASE keep in mind that we will be wearing our:
• White & grey shirt with orange typography.
• Orange shorts with black trims.
• Black socks w/ orange stripes (which will be provided for those who recently joined. Quantities are limited).
• Those who will not be making the game please notify the team so we can put together a backup plan.

Sporting OC IT’S GAMEDAY!
We play Chaparral FC in Modjeska Park at 12:30.
It’s a SURVIVAL match ! We win, we make playoffs. We lose, we have it wait for results!

Sporting OC needless to say, Sunday's game against Chaparral FC is a CRUCIAL one. Any result other than a victory is going to put us against the ropes and we'll then need the score of two games to go out way (Roof Pro vs. Cazadores FC and Tecos vs. Leones Negros. We need to handle business or else the hard work of the season could be meaningless. Let's go!

Sporting OC we will be playing our final game of the Spring/Summer season on Sunday, August 16th, 2026 against EL CHAPARRAL FC at 12:30 p.m. in MODJESKA PARK (NUTWOOD ST. & WOODWORTH RD.) please be there at 12:00 p.m., Parking is limited). We will need EVERYONE to be ready for this game. Win and we guarantee ourselves a playoff game. We tie or lose and we could be left out of the postseason. We control the narrative.
We are 8-3-4 after 15 games, and we could end our season if we don’t perform well. We need a “W”. Bottom line.
Our 4-2 victory over RICHMAN FC (A brace from forward Enrique Chacón, and individual goals from striker Isaac Torosian, and a penalty shot from captain and goalkeeper Walmer Hernández (who also had an assist).
We got to respect whenever a teammate is on the deck. We back them up and we don’t showcase them in public. If we cannot play as a team in the next couple of weeks, then it defies the purpose of coming together every Sunday. We will need a consistent streak if we want to make the post season.
No one is too big or too small for this team regardless of tenure, and service that has been devoted to the team. At the end of the day we are all in for the same purpose: victories and fun. When those two factors are taken out of the game, then it becomes pointless. This is the last time that this will be mentioned. No further warnings from here on.
Let’s be fired up, and ready to go as we cannot give away any handicaps. Let’s do this! The season flows at a quick rate.

Sporting OC we will be playing Week #14 of the Spring/Summer on Sunday, August 9th, 2026 against RICHMAN FC at 12:30 p.m. in EDISON PARK (BAXTER & ROMNEYA, OFF of the 91 & State College) please be there at 12:00 p.m., Parking is limited). We will need EVERYONE to be ready for this game. We are hitting the last few weeks of the season.
We are 7-3-4 after 14 games, and we haven’t been consistent. We have not set the tone from our opposition because we have not been dominant and we have not been able to build the lead that we want.
Our lopsided performance over Kobra Kai was a great result. Can we second that showing? We have not won back-to-back games in a while, and we need an overwhelming showing if we want a playoff appearance. We need a win. Bottom line.
We haven’t been consistent. Let’s call things for what they are. It’s evident that we are not playing like a playoff team. Truth be told.
