Please call for an intro to reformer appointment. 4 private Intro to Reformer sessions are required to start classes. Price is 4/$220. If you have reformer experience, call for class openings. Align Pilates+Fitness will be moving to a new location in the Mind&Body Wellness Center. NEW Location 104 Route 101A, Amherst, NH 03031. Reformer and private sessions will begin there Thursday, November 3, 2022. Sunday 8:30am Virtual Mat classes are ongoing. Monthly subscription for Mat Pilates Recordings are ongoing. Personal training available. TRX coming!

Class is recorded so if you can’t attend, a recording of each class will be emailed to all who choose unlimited for $40. For drop ins /one class at a time $15 per class. (Only the instructor is in the recording. Also you can choose to show yourself on your camera or not during the love workout. ) Some classes are no equipment required, every other uses flex bands, small balls, resistance loops, pilates circles, light hand weights, foam rollers . I can lend you equipment or send you links to purchase the equipment for yourself.
Start anytime. If you want to try a class with no equipment first before you borrow or buy any equipment contact me for the date of the next no equipment class.

Starting 2021 off strong with reformer classes in person with social distancing and virtual mat classes on Wed. mornings 8am as well as Sat. 8:30am. Call for scheduling to start. June virtual mat pilates classes will start Monday June 1. Classes are Monday and Wed. evenings 5:15pm, Wednesdays 8am, and Saturdays 8:30am. The cost is $45 for unlimited classes in June or $10 per class. Participate using the Zoom app.
