The season will begin Saturday, August 29, 2026, with player evaluations and the league draft.

4U athletes do not participate in evaluations. All 4U players will be placed directly onto teams.

All divisions are based on each athlete’s age as of September 1, 2026.

A player’s division is determined by their age on September 1, 2026, regardless of whether they have a birthday later in the season.

SNHFFL is looking for 18 referees who currently play or have previously played in our league.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Must be 13 years old or older
• Must have flag football game experience
• Returning referees receive first opportunity for available positions

No 12-year-olds please. Referee positions are for ages 13+ only.

Hello again, Flag Families! After taking a short hiatus to help with concessions because my sister-in-law, Becky, was sick, I was back on the field with my camera yesterday. I didn't get as many shots as usual but focused on portraits and action. That perfect catch is a lot harder to get than you'd think. 😆 Anyway, here they are - check 'em out. Oh! If you don’t already know me, my name is Abbie Velez, and my husband, Ziggy and I, along with our good friends, the Lomme’s, co-own the SNHFFL Flag Football league together. On top of the Sundays we spend at the field, I’m also a photographer, and have shot and shared many a photo over the years. Thank you to everyone that has registered so far!!! We appreciate all of our returning families and newcomers. Welcome back and welcome to the SNHFFL family!!! Below is the Evaluation schedule for Saturday, March 21, 2026. Rain or shine. Remember 4U does not get evaluated.

For the Evaluations & Draft only, we will be up behind Hollis Brookline High School on the Turf Field. We will return to the regular “Swamp Field” in April for the games.

PLAYER EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:

The league provides each player with their official NFL Flag game jersey and flags with the belt.

We strongly recommend all players wear cleats for the best traction on the field.

All other equipment is optional and up to each family. For example, some players choose to wear mouth guards, gloves, or other protective gear, but these items are not required by the league.

Player Assessment Schedule

EVALUATION SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY, MARCH 21st:

4U – NOT EVALUATED
6U – 8AM for 5 and 6 year olds
8U – 10AM for 7 and 8 year old
10U – 12PM for 9 and 10 year olds
13U – 2PM for 11, 12 and 13 year olds

15/18U – 4PM for 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 year olds

4U DOES NOT PARTICIPATE

***Once the coaches draft their teams within a few days they will reach out to their families.
***Coaches set the practice schedule, not the league. Please be patient and your coach will communicate with you.
***If your child cannot make the evaluations they will still be drafted to a team, no worries!

The Southern New Hampshire Flag Football League’s Spring registration is open for the 2026 Spring Coed Flag Football season. The season is scheduled to start on Saturday, March 21, 2026, for the evaluations and team selections. 4U athletes only are not evaluated; they are placed on a team. All age divisions are based on the athletes age as of April 1st. Registration closes on Friday, March 20th at 6PM.
