A good/consistent swing starts with a proper load! I can not stress this enough! Not enough young players focus on learning to load properly and their in game performance suffers mightily! Get in front of a mirror (watch my YouTube channel) and learn to load properly!

Huge Difference! Be careful and aware of what you are doing to create separation…. Young players trying to create tension have a propensity to push their hands away causing all sorts of issues.
“Walk Away” from ten hands allows us to create proper stretch/separation getting us into a much better hitting position🤘

One of the most common and most difficult to fix flaws in youth swings is the “dragging back elbow”
Parents- take video of your players and look to see if you see the position in the first clip; if so…. Find someone to help fix it IMMEDIATELY!
If you don’t have an instructor near you who has the knowledge/ability to help, I have a “Dragging Back Elbow” program on my website you can purchase. The program contains the drills I use to help players alleviate this particular swing flaw.
