🌟 SEPTEMBER 12 🌟
This interactive workshop combines lecture and movement to teach clients how to find and maintain optimal pelvic and spinal alignment during Pilates exercises.
Building on foundational breathing and pelvic floor concepts, this session focuses on how alignment allows muscles to work more efficiently, reduces joint compensation, and enhances overall movement quality on the reformer and mat. Clients will learn how to recognize their own alignment in various positions and understand how subtle adjustments can significantly change how an exercise feels and functions.

Your glutes are one of the most powerful and important muscle groups in the body—yet many people don’t know how to truly activate and use them well.
In this workshop, we’ll dive into the anatomy and function of the glutes and why they are essential for low back health, pelvic stability, balance, posture, and overall movement efficiency. Through a blend of simple anatomy education and hands-on experiential learning, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body is designed to move.
