The prescribed hip mobility and strengthening routine that’s sure to take Jas and Lisa to the next level to crush their 30 day challenge!

Mobility is another pillar we practice at the core of our programming. It’s important for the body to be strong but to also be mobile!

If you sit or stand for the majority of the day, your hips may be crying out for help in the form of lower back pain. Try this routine along with us and begin giving your hips the TLC they deserve!
