Good morning! I had a workout at 6 am with my morning crew BUT THEN I had another unexpected morning cardio! 🏃‍♀️💨 It’s drizzling out, and I completely forgot to pull the trash can to the curb. Next thing I know, I’m leaving in my car and I see the truck and he sees me and I see him seeing me… and I start full-on sprinting in the rain. Huge shoutout to our city sanitation hero for waiting for me! Honestly, who needs a pre-workout when you have panic-induced trash sprints? 😂 😆 😂 Come get some actual clean energy today—without the running!
