Another huge milestone for the Controlled Chaos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu family. ❤️🥋

We are beyond proud of Bubba Gonzalez who will be graduating from Alice High School this FRIDAY AND who earned his welding degree at the same time this year !

This is what hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and consistency look like. The same mindset it takes to survive hard rounds on the mats is the same mindset it takes to push through long nights, early mornings, stress, pressure, and still come out on top.

Brandon has grown not only as an athlete, but as a young man with a future that’s already being built by his own two hands. Watching our kids chase goals outside of jiu-jitsu means just as much to us as medals and victories.

From the mats to the real world — we’re proud of you, Brandon. Your gym family has watched you grow, and this is only the beginning. Keep chasing greatness and never lose that work ethic that got you here.

To all our kiddos that leveled up… 🥹❤️🌳
words honestly can’t explain how proud we are of every single one of y’all. Watching these kids walk in shy, nervous, wild, emotional, frustrated, scared to even step on the mats… and then watching them slowly grow into stronger, more confident human beings is one of the biggest blessings this journey gives us.

Belts are more than just colors to us. They represent the days they wanted to quit but didn’t… the tears, the hard rounds, the discipline, the courage to keep showing up, and the growth happening not only on the mats but outside of them too.

Some of these kids have been with us through so many stages of life already, and seeing them continue their journey means everything to us. 🌳❤️

We were missing a good amount tonight and didn’t even get to grab a picture with our teens, but we still want to give a huge congratulations to Thomas, Cody, Adrian, Han, Mark, Tony, Carlos, Damien, and to our adult blue belt Joe.

Watching our teens & kids grow through every level and eventually step into the adult ranks hits different. That transition is earned. Every stripe, every belt, every lesson along the way matters.

We are beyond proud of y’all. Keep growing. Keep believing in yourselves. Keep showing up even on the hard days. This is only the beginning. ❤️🥋

Last night was different… 👀🔥
The teens took over the adult class — and they didn’t just show up… they SHOWED OUT.

They pushed the pace.
They embraced the grind.
They rolled with purpose and intensity well beyond their years. 💯

This is what it’s about—channeling energy into growth, discipline, and something meaningful. 🥋

Every single one of them choosing to be on the mats, putting in the work, is a blessing.
And we don’t take that lightly.

The discipline.
The consistency.
The commitment to show up day after day—tired, sore, but still ready to learn—that speaks volumes. 🖤

We are incredibly proud of these teens.
They’re not just the future…

We had a private training session with .breakdown this past Sunday, and man… it was straight 🔥

The room was packed with knowledge—every detail, every adjustment, every little concept leveled us up. He didn’t just show moves, he broke things down in a way that sticks. That kind of teaching hits different.

We really appreciate you coming all the way out here and pouring into our team like that. It means more than you know.

And I’m not gonna lie… I hit that SAME move on Monday a few good times 😂💥
