We are excited to see our co-founder, Christine Bailey, featured in North County Moms’ “Meet a Mom” spotlight.
Christine and Mason Bailey have spent more than 13 years building SwimWorks with one goal in mind: to create a swim school where families feel cared for, kids are taught to swim with patience and purpose, and water safety is taken seriously.
What started in Encinitas has grown into a mission we have been proud to continue here in Albuquerque for the past 6 years — helping families prioritize water safety, supporting kids as they become stronger swimmers, and bringing the same teaching standards and care to every lesson.

🌟HAVE YOU MET OUR NEW GM? 🌟 — Kayla Brown is officially relocated to ABQ as our new General Manager.
Kayla has been part of our SwimWorks family for 7 years. She started as a swim instructor in Encinitas, then promoted to Customer Service Manager, and then promoted again to an Operations leadership and management position supporting all of our locations.
So while Kayla may be new to Albuquerque, she is not new to SwimWorks.
She knows our program, our families, our coaches, and the standards we care about most: strong teaching, high-touch customer service, clear communication, and a swim school where families feel cared for from the moment they walk in.
Kayla is also a mom of two young girls, so water safety is personal to her. She understands what parents are looking for because she is one too.
We are excited for our ABQ families to get to know Kayla — and we are incredibly grateful to have her leadership on-site as SwimWorks Albuquerque continues to thrive and grow.
