tal functional movements used in everyday life, that provides the "broadest and most general fitness possible," improving invaluable physical skills in ten areas:

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or have never worked out, CrossFit is for you. Contrary to what many believe, CrossFit is not a workout program only designed for those in exceptional shape. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of fitness background or experience. Because we base our workouts on foundational movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs. CrossFit is also not like your ordinary “gym”. Unlike most gyms where you come in by yourself and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform, CrossFit workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where our community cheer each other on and coaches help you through every step of the workout. Basically, you receive personal training in a group setting. We stay true to CrossFit programming here at InnerDrive by teaching skills, progressions, and by building a solid foundation for our athletes in Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio), Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Sport. Our long term membership packages cover these vital components of your training.
