Join us after the 8:00am group run for a Slow Yoga Flow + Sound Bath designed especially for runners — a chance to recover, restore, and reset after the group run.
We’ll move through slow, accessible yoga flows to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, calves, and low back while improving mobility, breath awareness, and recovery. Then we’ll settle into deep relaxation with a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and help the body fully absorb the work.
