Hyrox races are growing in popularity, you still need to travel a bit to participate in one, but they’re typically in major cities that you can build a weekend getaway around or even make it part of a vacation.

There’s currently no races in Ohio, however there’s a Hyrox simulation events you can go to try out how a race would be ran, we may even run one at Ruffier Fitness in the near future

In case you’ve noticed all the new posts and have no idea what we’re talking about let us shed some light

Hyrox is admittedly a little new to me, it’s been on my radar a bit, but I never really paid much attention until Coach Dante Sabatucci started talking about having us become an Affiliate Gym.
💪
However I’ve already stocked the gym with literally every piece of equipment a Hyrox race uses so I must have some similarities in my mindset of training and felt it would something worth leaning into and see what it’s about
💪

So if you’re looking for Hyrox Training in Akron you won’t find it anywhere else!
