Teamwork comes alive between patrons and trainers during skills & burnout. Having trainers hold is a great way to get a 1-1 perspective of how the patron in front of them is grasping form, safety, placement, and intensity. Based on the feedback we receive, prize fight is one of the most loved parts of our program!
