Here is the full email sent last week about the AGM and fall registration. Some have not received it due to email blocking it.
Hello everyone!
We have a few important updates as we prepare for the fall season.
Fall Registration is Open!
Registration is now open and will remain open through July 19, 2026. The links are down below.
Season Information
U9–U14 teams will participate in the Snake River League in Idaho Falls on Saturdays. We will do our best to continue our every-other-Saturday schedule as we have in previous seasons, but please note that this cannot be guaranteed due to league scheduling.
We are planning to attend the Spooky 6’s tournament in Idaho Falls and hope to add one additional tournament, provided we can find one that does not include Sunday play.
We will also have a High School Practice Team. Our goal is to schedule friendly matches with other regional teams when possible. If the team has enough players interested in attending a tournament, they may also choose to participate in one together.
Annual General Meeting

This meeting is open to all parents of registered players. We encourage everyone to attend! We’ll review the upcoming year, gather feedback, answer questions, and discuss ways we can continue improving the club. If you can’t attend in person, we will also broadcast the meeting live on Facebook.
Board Elections
We will also be voting on four open Board positions during the Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please let us know as soon as possible so your name can be added to the ballot.
Board terms are two years. After the election, the Board will vote internally on officer assignments. The positions available include:
Vice President
Director of Coaching
Registrar
Fundraising & Uniform Specialist
Our club is run 100% by volunteers, and we are always looking for passionate individuals who want to help provide a great soccer experience for our community.
Coaches
We are always looking for coaches. If you are interested, please reach out. We provide training!
Registration discounts are provided to board members and coaches.
Age Bracket Changes
Beginning August 1, the Wyoming Soccer Association will implement new age brackets that more closely align with grade-based groupings rather than calendar-year birthdates. We know many of you have requested this change, and we will discuss it in more detail during the Annual General Meeting.
