Velocity RX A medically designed rehabilitative and performance pitching program based on correct neurological mo Looking to take your pitching game to the next level?

Look no further than Velocity RX! Our revolutionary program is designed by the one and only Dr. Kevin J. McGovern, PT, CSCS, who has rehabilitated hundreds of pitchers and catchers, from Little League to the Pro's, to throw with increased velocity and pinpoint accuracy without risking shoulder or elbow injuries. At Velocity RX, we believe in applying cutting-edge techniques rooted in anatomy, kinesiology, and movement science to teach our students how to pitch smarter, not harder. By evaluating the entire body before throwing a single pitch, we ensure that every movement is optimized to reduce stress on the arm and maximize velocity and accuracy. Our instructional program goes beyond just teaching mechanics - we provide corrective exercises that give the body the coordinated tools to throw harder and more accurately with less stress on the shoulder and elbow. Our students typically increase their velocity by at least 3-5 MPH and can even throw multiple strikes from 30 feet...while blindfolded! But it's not just about throwing harder - it's about throwing smarter. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of preventing injuries before they happen, and educating the baseball community on the importance of looking at pitching from a medical perspective. Our goal is to equip our students with the skills to throw three pitches for strikes to all four quadrants of the plate, setting them up for success at any level. So, what are you waiting for? Join the Velocity RX community and take your pitching game to new heights - injury-free, with increased velocity, and better command with every pitch!
