Life has handed me so much. I don't know what to say sometimes. Going through our class reels are a phenomenal feeling for me. I have 11 years worth of joy in all of you!!!

I'm so grateful for all the moments! In a few weeks, my phone gets up to 40,000 photos. Needless to say, I pay for storage just to keep our memories 🩷💝🩵

I just received the sweetest message 😭🥹🥹🥹 from a student saying that they mustered the confidence to go up on stage and deliver a speech in front of a large audience. She thanked Zumba with Nadia for helping her overcome her fears. These are the moments I live for!

When I ask you all to give respect to the class speaker and your fellow classmates, THIS IS EXACTLY WHY! You will never understand what it feels like until you step into someone else's shoes. I keep saying this... when you go to any sort of congregation... no matter where it is... you always give respect to the person facing the audience.

Do not cut accross others... filter with intelligence... stand aside quietly and wait... Give that person their moment. I cannot tell you how much respect and admiration I hold for people who give others their time to shine. In the same way you expect respect and kindness from others... YOU MUST GIVE IT TOO!!! Respect will forever be something you must earn. We do not live on a one-way street.

Zumba® with Nadia will always be a place for everyone to shine but you have to wait your turn. I promise... all of you shall have an equal chance to be superstars. God elevates those who are selfless and caring. That is the law! That's not my law. That is THE law 💞.

I say all of this to say, Thank you for listening and understanding my messages when I speak every week. Everyone hears but not everyone listens... Nevertheless, I will keep speaking until we all get it right as a collective team. We are 1 team... We are 1 Zumba® Family! Congratulations Ana on your amazing speech. I am so very proud of you!

Take me back to a time where there was the fun of riding bikes, climbing trees, hanging out till it became dark outside, penpals and no cellphones. Life was simplier... We knew we had each other and we lived for all the moments that took our breath away! Thank you for heading back to the 80s with me yesterday students. You all looked fabulous 😍😍😍
