📣 ประกาศเรื่องการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนตัวในสนามแข่งขัน (PDPA)
ชมรมกีฬาฟันดาบสากลจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เคารพสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้เข้าชมและร่วมกิจกรรมของทางชมรม และเพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจว่าทุกท่านจะได้รับความคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ชมรมกีฬาฟันดาบสากลจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จึงได้จัดทำประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวด้านข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ขึ้นเพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบถึงรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเก็บรวบรวมการใช้ และการเปิดเผย รวมตลอดถึงสิทธิต่าง ๆ ของผู้เข้าชมงาน 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026 ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
ชมรมกีฬาฟันดาบสากลจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ในฐานะฝ่ายจัดงาน 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026 ขอแจ้งให้ผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่านทราบโดยทั่วกันว่างาน 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026 ที่จัดขึ้นภายในห้างทวีกิจซุปเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ จ.บุรีรัมย์ จะมีการบันทึกภาพถ่ายหรือภาพเคลื่อนไหว เพื่อใช้ทำการประชาสัมพันธ์การแข่งขันและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในช่องทาง และวันเวลาต่าง ๆ ตามสมควร และถือว่าท่านยินยอมให้นำภาพเหล่านั้นไปใช้ทำประชาสัมพันธ์การแข่งขัน และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของ 1st E-SAN Fencing Champion ships 2026 และในห้างทวีกิจซุปเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ จ.บุรีรัมย์ ทุกๆ ช่องทางได้โดยมิได้เป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคลของผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด และขอสงวนสิทธิ์มิให้ถือเป็นความผิดทั้งทางแพ่ง และทางอาญาใดทั้งสิ้น
จึงประกาศมาเพื่อทราบโดยทั่วกัน

📣 Announcement on Personal Data Protection at the Competition Venue (PDPA)
Buriram Fencing Club respects the privacy rights of all attendees and participants in its activities. To ensure that everyone’s personal data is properly protected, the Buriram Fencing Club has issued this Personal Data Privacy Notice to inform you of details regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, as well as the rights of attendees of the 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
Buriram Fencing Club, as the organizer of the 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026, hereby informs all attendees that the event, held at Taweekit Supercenter, Buriram Province, will involve photography and video recording. Such media may be used for publicity and promotional purposes related to the competition and associated activities across various channels and at appropriate times. Your attendance at the event shall be deemed as consent to the use of such images and recordings for publicity purposes of the 1st E-SAN Fencing Championships 2026 and Taweekit Supercenter, Buriram, across all media platforms, without constituting a violation of any individual’s personal rights. The organizer reserves the right to such use and shall not be held liable for any civil or criminal claims arising therefrom.
