Opened in 1974, the Sentosa Golf Club sets the stage for Singapore’s luminaries, consisting of politicians, dignitaries, and celebrities. The world-class club has hosted the qualifying round of the British Open in 2006 and is the home of Asia’s biggest national golf tournament, the Singapore Open.

Announcing the Deutsche Bank Singapore Open at Sentosa Golf Club — marking the return of a world-class event co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and Asian Tour.

From 15–18 April 2027, some of the world’s leading players will walk the fairways of The Serapong — a course shaped by champions and a stage recognised around the world.

Another chapter is ready to be written.

From Sentosa to the Solheim Cup 🇸🇬⛳

Our Assistant Superintendent, Mira, is at Bernardus this week, volunteering as part of the agronomy team for one of the biggest events in women’s golf.

A graduate of The Ohio State University Turf Grass Program, it’s another fantastic opportunity to gain experience on the international stage.

Every drop matters💧

Our lakes collect rainwater to irrigate the golf course, with no other way to refill them, making precision water management essential.

Using Turf Rad, we measure soil moisture across the course to understand exactly where water is needed. That data feeds into Toro’s Spatial Adjust software, which can make 700+ individual adjustments to our Toro Infinity single-head irrigation system each day.

By combining rainwater collection, accurate soil moisture data and precise irrigation control, we can create ideal conditions across both courses while making the most of every drop we have.

Hole 7 – Signature Views

With Mt Serapong on the left and Keppel Harbour and Channel on the right, this one-of-a-kind hole delivers a breathtaking view. Drive over the bunker on the right to find the speed slot and set up a chance to reach the green in two. Play it safe with three, but beware, the Redan-style green falls sharply to the water and takes no prisoners. The choice is yours.

Earlier this year, Jeongwoo Ham and Cameron John booked their places at The 154th Open with standout performances at the Singapore Open presented by The Business Times.

We are proud to share that The Serapong at Sentosa Golf Club has been recognised in the Golf Digest World’s 100 Greatest Courses 2026–27, returning to the prestigious list at No. 96.

This recognition reflects far more than a ranking. It represents the commitment of our team, the continued investment into our courses and facilities, the global championships hosted at the Club, and the passion of our Members who make Sentosa such a special place to play and experience the game.

To be recognised among the world’s elite courses is an achievement we are incredibly proud of.
