BLESSED MMA aims to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion. Family is everything! We offer Muay Thai, Boxing, NOGI, BJJ, MMA and wrestling classes.

We offer Muay Thai and Boxing Classes where our trainers seek to teach from the heart. Our Little Blessings Muay Thai and BJJ programme are catered for children aged 4 to 11 years old.

Last Saturday’s public outreach sessions were a reminder of what makes this community so special.

Thank you to everyone who came down, whether you were helping out, taking part in the activities, or showing your support. Seeing our members, coaches, friends, and the wider community come together is something we never take for granted.
