During training, students get to learn and practice effective techiques with fellow students. Most importantly, the Master will always be beside the students to ensure that students understand the essence and do it the right way. Without this, all techniques becomes like a empty shell that looks good on the outside but empty on the inside.

For many of our students, hitting the mitts or padwork is one of the most enjoyable parts of the training. Students get to practice everything they learn and hit the mitts with combinations, speed, and strength.

Other than that, hitting the mitts is also a form of relaxation for the mind especially during a full day of stressful work. After a short padwork session, the stress accumulated from the day or weeks just seems to flow away together with your sweat making you feel refreshed.

These videos were taken from the training sessions earlier this year. We are also in the midst of taking more to show the improvements students have made so remember to like and follow our page to stay tuned for more updates!

Happy Weekend everyone! Sharing another video to show some simple, effective, and proven techniques we teach our students to defend themselves on the streets.

We focus on techniques that are simple and straight to the point with minimal moves so students have a shorter learning curve to learn to protect themselves. By reducing moves and motion, they are easy to execute in real-life situations and often deliver the element of surprise to the assailant.

Our uniform is on its way! Everything we do has a reason, same goes for wearing a uniform.

When we wear a uniform, we are reminding ourselves that we are equal. It doesn't matter what our jobs are outside. When in class, we focus solely on our training. Another reason to wear a uniform is to remind ourselves the power of unity when we support one another as we train.
