Just a quick reminder for everyone visiting the studio this weekend ✨

This Saturday, Göteborgsvarvet will take place, meaning the city will be busier than usual with temporary road closures and changes to public transport. We recommend allowing a little extra travel time when coming to the studio and checking your route in advance.
The studio will remain open as usual throughout the weekend, and we look forward to welcoming you.

We are so excited to announce that our Pro Pilates Reformer Education is back this October!✨

The education begins online with guided self-study through our education portal, followed by live Zoom sessions and in-person training weekends. Whether you’re looking to become a certified Pilates instructor or deepen your understanding of Reformer Pilates, this course offers both practical and theoretical training in a supportive environment.

Upon successful completion of the course and examinations, you will receive your Pro Pilates Reformer Instructor license.

Here are our updated studio hours: • April 30 (Valborg) – Closing early at 15:30 • May 1 (Labour Day) – We’re open until 13:00 with classes led by Tova: 08:00–08:55 Matwork Flow 09:15–10:10 Pilates Weight & Bosu Step 10:30–11:25 Barre 11:45–12:40 Matwork • May 14 (Ascension Day) – Studio closed

With spring finally here, we’ll also sneak outside for some classes when the weather feels right ☀️
