[Eng] It's been already 20 years of me exploring the world of the body and movement - let's take a look at where I've been and where I might be heading next.
Today I work through movement workshops, one-to-one training, yoga, meditation and online courses.
My main focus is mobility, general fitness, creative calisthenics, bodyweight strength, functional anatomy and balance. I also teach handstands.
MOVEMENT · BODY · TOUCH
My experience comes from martial arts, strength training, powerlifting, endurance sports, dance, fitness, Pilates, yoga, mobility, movement, Osteothai, therapeutic massage and movement therapy.
Today, I bring these different perspectives into one practice.
BODY & MIND
I believe the body doesn’t need constant instruction. It needs the right conditions to explore.
Movement is an opportunity to develop awareness, curiosity, trust and a willingness to let go of the outcome.
THE DETAILS
Small changes can create big shifts.
Technique and range of motion often matter more than weight, volume or intensity. The details are what help us truly understand and feel a movement, a lift or an asana.
PRACTICE
I am a practitioner, not a theorist.
Everything I teach is something I have explored in my own body. Many things didn’t come easily — and many still don’t. I’ve often had to find my own way beyond established protocols.
My practice is an ongoing process of discovering, questioning and sharing.
NATURE & LIFE
I have a strong need to create and to live close to what feels real and alive. I create brass jewellery, movement practices, and spaces for connection.
SICILY
I’m slowly bringing another dream to life: a home in the countryside of south-eastern Sicily, surrounded by canyons, crystal-clear rivers, wild beaches and forests.
A place to live, create, practice, and eventually share through workshops, retreats and gatherings.
Recently, my plans have slowed down because of J’s illness🐕
But sometimes the only right thing to do is… slow down.
