8th grader beat 9th and 10th graders...size doesn't matter, only skill and heart matters 😃

ALOHAAAAA...a friend of ours training at a very famous Boxing Gym in Las Vegas sent us this thought. He said "Most of the Professional Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and KickBoxing Managers and Trainers in USA and Internationally are doing light sparring and technical sparring with more speed and less power. They don't do hard sparring during fight camps or during regular training weeks. It prevents serious injury and sometimes fatal injuries during fight camps and weekly between fight training. They are seeing better success for their Amateur and Professional Fighters during Fight Night. The Coaches say their number one job is to protect their fighters at all times, to prevent permanent damage that will be there when they are older in life."
