BOP Rugby is looking for passionate coaches to build and lead our Men’s and Women’s 7s programmes.
This is an opportunity to shape a programme, establish a strong team culture, develop players and create an environment where people can thrive, compete and enjoy their rugby.
We want to hear about your approach to:
🔹 Programme Leadership – What’s your vision, and how will you create an environment where players thrive on and off the field?
🔹 Communication & Relationships – How will you build trust and strong relationships with players, parents and the wider rugby community?
🔹 Planning & Standards – How will you structure the season to drive development, high standards and an enjoyable team experience?
🔹 Coaching Growth & Success – How do you continue to grow as a coach, and what does success look like beyond the scoreboard?
