Te Awamutu Sports Hockey Te Awamutu Hockey fields Mens and Womens teams across all grades of the Waikato Hockey Association.

Te Awamutu Hockey strives to balance a strong 'family' feel within its competitive club environment. We particularly pride ourselves on developing younger players, alongside our experienced older ones. Despite its name, Te Awamutu Hockey draws its membership from all over Hamilton, as well as the greater Waikato and Waipa regions. Established in 1990 when parent body Te Awamutu Sports was formed,

the introduction of artificial turfs at Innes Common meant all club trainings and games moved to Hamilton. Hence the club is essentially Hamilton based, and has subsequently grown to become one of the larger successful hockey clubs in the Waikato region. If you are interested in being part of our Club do not hesitate in contacting us.

SEMI-FINALS WEEKEND DRAW - come and support our teams as they battle it out for their final Championship Round games and placings this weekend. Two of our Womens teams (Ecolab Prem Res and Emeralds Women) have reached semi-finals and compete for a chance at one last hoorah in the WHA Club Finals the following weekend on Saturday 22nd August.
