Te Awamutu Sports Hockey Te Awamutu Hockey fields Mens and Womens teams across all grades of the Waikato Hockey Association.

Te Awamutu Hockey strives to balance a strong 'family' feel within its competitive club environment. We particularly pride ourselves on developing younger players, alongside our experienced older ones. Despite its name, Te Awamutu Hockey draws its membership from all over Hamilton, as well as the greater Waikato and Waipa regions. Established in 1990 when parent body Te Awamutu Sports was formed,

the introduction of artificial turfs at Innes Common meant all club trainings and games moved to Hamilton. Hence the club is essentially Hamilton based, and has subsequently grown to become one of the larger successful hockey clubs in the Waikato region. Celebrating Our Club Champions - A huge thank you to Waikato Hockey Association, alongside their partners Belgravia Apparel and New Balance, for sending a little surprise our way as part of their sponsorship initiative supporting clubs across the region. Te Awamutu Hockey received four apparel vouchers which we're forwarding to recognise some of the 'champions' within our club.

ORDERS ARE NOW OPEN for club hoodies, jackets and polo shirts. Orders MUST be made online by clicking the below link (do not place orders via team managers etc). All sizing and apparel options are provided in the link. Orders must be made by 29th June, a minimum of 10 club orders for each specific item will be required to proceed. Purchasers will be notified of collection, which will be 6-8 weeks after orders close.
