Have a delivery system for your power punch 🥊 and that’s throwing the jab in front of the power punch. If you throw the power punch (rear hand) naked (without a jab) you can leave yourself exposed and vulnerable. It’s much easier for your opponent to read you throwing the rear hand by itself so disguise it by throwing a range finder (jab) in front of it!
